We provide a full-service plan for both new and old systems. We will open your irrigation system in the spring and winterize it in late fall. If needed, we will provide mid-season sprinkler adjustments to test for proper system performance. We respond promptly to any calls for repairs. You may pre-authorize our technicians to perform repairs up to a specified amount to allow timely completion of repairs.
For larger irrigation systems, we provide preventative maintenance consisting of monthly monitoring and seasonal reprogramming, as required.

Watering Tips
All living things need water to survive. Here are some watering tips to get you the best results.
The first two weeks after seed application are critical. Newly seeded lawns should be watered twice a day when temperatures are 70 degrees and below: once in the morning before 9 am and again in the afternoon between 4 pm and 7 pm. When temperatures exceed 70 degrees, water again at midday. Each watering should be sufficient enough to moisten the soil ½” deep. Simply push a finger in to the soil to check.
When the lawn has come in and is about 3 ½” you may cut it. Cut your lawn to 3″ tall. Never cut more than 1/3 of the length of the grass on a single cutting. When the lawn is established and has been cut twice you should do a deep root watering every other day. This consists of watering the lawn to about 6″ deep. Remember to water during the times recommended to avoid any kind of fungus problems or disease. Once your lawn is fully established and has been cut twice it requires approximately one inch of water per week. The soil will be soaked down to 6″.
After installation, your trees and shrubs will need watering. You will need to water in addition to any irrigation system for at least the first three months. Shrubs that are 10″ to 20″ in diameter/height and smaller trees require 1-2 gallons of water 3 times a week. Larger shrubs that are 24″ to 36″ require 2-4 gallons of water 3 times a week. After 10-12 weeks, watering can be reduced to 1-2 times per week. Larger trees and evergreens over 7′ tall or 3″ in caliper will need to be watered 1-2 times a week for 12 months. The best watering method is to use an open-ended hose and not a spray nozzle to ensure your shrubs and tress get plenty of water.
Pay attention to your plants. If they are greenish/gray and wilting this could be a sign that they are dried out. If they are yellowing and wilting this could be a sign that they are drowning from too much water. If the temperature exceeds 85 degrees you will have to water even more than mentioned above. Keep your soil moist and check it regularly by poking your finger in to the soil and feeling it. Don’t water only the mulch or just an inch of the soil as this will cause the plant to increase root growth at the surface and not deep down in the soil where it’s needed for optimum root development.
